hollow form vessel

The object I chose was from my 10 last hollow objects concepts. This object is a mashup of m last one and my friends. I used one different shape from my friend's final object and mixed it with my other shapes. Then used the loft function to make this.

This assignment was one of the easiest ones to do. The steps and instructions were simple, and it is one of my favorite one as well since it is no time consuming and considering how to turns out pretty as well. I made 10 different shapes and made them into hollow objects. I will 3D print the one in the far back on the right.

i decided to make a penguin for my final concept. For this project I experienced many ups and downs but got through them with the help of my teacher and peers. I used many different shapes to create this penguin and even forgot some of the tools and how to put those objects together, but along the way figured it out.

This part of the papercraft project is about unfolding shapes by using the explode function in rhino.  I made all of these random forms from basic shapes. I used basic shapes because i wanted to get used to unfolding shapes that are easier first.  The challenges I faced during this project was in the first half of the tutorial on how to unfold objects in rhino. It was hard to use the first function taught by my teacher. But the second function where you simply click on the object and “explode” it was much easier to work with and understand.
